Build your REGENERATIVE food network
What is “Build your REGENERATIVE food network” about?
“Regenerative” in the food world has become a buzzword. Organic farmers, fisherfolk, people at World Economic Forum, and even venture capital investors are talking about it. Many people know that the industrial food system is not sustainable. The Earth is losing fertile soil, animals are ill-treated, farm and food workers endure harsh working conditions with low wages, and consumers receive food of compromised nutritional value. A regenerative food system is talked about as a possible alternative. But what does it mean for you? What kind of local food system enables everyone to enjoy regenerative food? Build your REGENERATIVE food network is an eight-week online course to explore your answers to these questions.
